On-site filming and photography
Photography and filming permits are coordinated through the events team. Lead time is typically 5–10 business days; same-day press shoots can sometimes be accommodated. Drone footage requires advance FAA / property clearance.
Three property locations are commonly requested: the Horizon Ballroom (large-scale event coverage), the Suite collection (our largest rooms), and the exterior patio (open-air backdrop).
