IS THE WHOLE PROPERTY REALLY PRIVATE?
Yes. The restaurant, the bar, the pool, and every event space close to the public for your dates. If someone is in the building, they’re on your guest list.
IS IT ONE CONTRACT?
One contract and one Event Maker. Rooms, spaces, catering, and the bar come as a single agreement with a single point of contact through your last departure.
CAN WE TAKE IT FOR JUST ONE DAY?
Yes. A single day, a night, or a full weekend. Most celebrations take Friday to Sunday; most companies take two or three weekdays.
HOW FAR OUT SHOULD WE BOOK?
Buyout dates are the first on the calendar to go. Tell us your dates early, even loosely, and we’ll hold what can be held while you decide.
