Choose Your Spaces

Pick the ballroom, the lobby, the exterior — any combination. Every space is priced per event, not per head. Tables, chairs, staging, house linen, banquet manager, and houseman service included.

II.
Choose Food, Beverage & Service

Hire your own caterer — any cuisine, any kashrut standard — or let us handle it. Either way, the bar is ours: our liquor license requires we run it.

III.
Sign & Secure

Signed agreement plus 50% deposit holds your date. 30% due 120 days out. 20% due 15 days prior.

Food, Beverage & Bar.

World of Blue handles catering

Our in-house team builds the menu with you. Plated, family-style, station-based, passed hors d'oeuvres — finalized after a tasting.

Or bring your own caterer

Any caterer of your choosing, under any kashrut standard — we place no restriction on cuisine or observance. Kitchen prep space with oven and refrigeration access is included; your caterer brings the service team and carries proof of insurance.

The bar — optional, by guest count

The open bar is optional. If you want one, it's $8,000 for up to 500 guests (or $12,000 for groups over 500), plus tax — six hours of open bar dispensed by our bartenders: Maker's Mark, Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, Tito's, Casamigos, Patrón, Johnnie Walker Black, Bacardí, Crown Royal, Baron Herzog wines & Prosecco. Premium tiers and extended hours quoted on request, and you may bring special bottles for the chosson’s tisch at no charge. If you skip it, no charge. Either way, our liquor license requires we run any bar service.
