Ballrooms

Horizon Ballroom — 11,520 sq ft, 14-foot ceilings, 900 plated / 1,400 cocktail / 1,200 theater. Divisible into five independently-sized sections for concurrent sessions. Full theatrical lighting and rigging points, three-phase power for general-session staging. Full spec sheet →

Skyline Ballroom — 5,200 sq ft, 12-foot ceilings, 450 plated / 700 cocktail / 750 theater. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Divisible into Skyline East (2,080 sq ft) and Skyline West (3,120 sq ft). Full spec sheet →

Breakout & meeting rooms

Aqua & Indigo — twin 1,012 sq ft breakouts. 120 theater / 90 banquet / 125 reception each. Workshops, private dinners, and concurrent session tracks.

Sapphire — 1,296 sq ft dedicated classroom and theater room, seating 60 classroom-style. Trainings, screenings, and press moments.

Cobalt — 584 sq ft, 72 theater / 50 banquet. Abyss — 484 sq ft, 50 theater / 40 banquet. Executive sessions and board meetings.

Azul · Navy · Ocean — three identical 468 sq ft rooms (48 theater each), plus High Tide and Low Tide at 468 sq ft — Low Tide doubles as private dining off the restaurant.

Conference Rooms A–G — seven rooms from 240 to 580 sq ft, up to 40 theater / 28 classroom. Booked individually or as a block for organizer offices and interview rooms.

Plus a brand-new second-floor space, just completed — so new it hasn't been named yet. Ask the events team to walk it.

Lobby level, outdoor + specialty

Exterior Patio — 10,000 sq ft of open-air space. Tented options available. Common for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and corporate launches.

Lobby Hall — the grand entrance hall, staged for registration and expo on corporate programs, cocktail receptions for celebrations. The Cove and Low Tide Bar & Grille round out the lobby level for after-parties and private dinners.

Bridal suite — full hair and makeup stations, lounge seating, private bathroom. Included in all wedding packages, with dressing and hospitality rooms on the event floor.

Pre-function spaces — the 2,400 sq ft Ballroom Foyer and second-floor galleries flex into cocktail-hour space and registration zones for major events.

What's included

Every space includes: house tables and chairs in multiple configurations, ivory linens, basic AV (mic, projector, screen), house lighting, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site event coordinator. Add-on: theatrical lighting, full sound, custom linens, decor partnerships, branded signage, kosher and halal catering, custom menus.

Vendor load-in begins 24 hours pre-event when needed; strike post-event runs the same. Dedicated event manager on-property the day of.
